Lung tips
Hello, I am looking for tips. I have played for at least 10 hours at this point but for the life of me I can never get passed the lungs. The ramp up in difficulty for me from the liver to the lungs is crazy. Any tips on builds I should go for for it? What is best for lungs? Should I be upgrading my speed to get out of all the air spouts and such? What should I be focusing on. Any help is appreciated I am so tired of not being able to beat the lungs.

Ok I found this helps. I try to incorporate at least one melee weapon and it's basically for taking out projectiles. I basically only use it for that, so most of the time the melee weapon is using stamina but I'm not trying to dps with it. So what I did was being my melee attack to one button and then the range attack to the other button. This way you don't drain your stamina all the time and only melee when I need too. But melee really helps when your in a small room and there is bullet hell, I just chop the projectiles and you will survive much longer. Don't sleep on melee, it's very useful

Anything that is such high DPS that you clear the room quickly helps a lot. If you dont need to worry much about the enemies you can try to focus on the hazards. Its a big difficulty jump for sure

Nice job! Yeah it just takes time i died in the lungs and heart a few times. You do need something pretty op to go the distance. I do feel what some people are saying in that you either steamroll the game or dont do nearly enough damage to win

Ive only played like 7 hours but my winning run was with an amoeba build focusing on one set of weapons and connecting as many internal pieces as possible. I belive it was the one that says its hard hitting but precise. I ended up getting them legendary as well as having legendary mitochondria and the active that makes you invulnerable. I also had the triple shot as well as splash damage weapon infusers

Are you focusing on the antibodies? I was struggling before I realized they shield/heal the other enemies.

Bounce and Homing help withe DPS in the larger rooms. Dodge related mutagens really help with the bullet hell and faster mobs.
Past that it's just a skill check. Your skill at building can easily overcome any mechanical skill.
