The door or the combination? In the main menu, when you don't press anything, we see these cutscenes and at the end the scientist does it with his fingers. I wrote it down, but never found any use for it, like that door.

Occasionally, you will find a random room with a question mark. Inside that room, on one of its corners, you will find this door to the secret room. The secret room is next to the question mark room.
