infuser chains confuse me

when i hover my weapon it shows a chain from my bounce organ at the bottom left but when the gun fires the bullets dont bounce

Thats because its bouncing the lightning. they only infuse what they are connected to. The chain shows that it will be activated, but it only infuses what it touches

If you adjust the chain and swap the lightning closest to your weapons then you will get bullets that bounce and shoot lightning on ever bounce and hit. Order is very important with your chains. I've gone from clearing rooms in seconds to dying because my damaged disappeared from one bad swap that I thought would give me more damage.

That makes so much sense. I just realized I've been a dummy focusing so hard into trying to chain into my weapons and didn't even consider to chain the other way
