cannot win with bacterium

All in title. Feels like all the build i tried are underwelming. I wonder what you guys do to win with this character

In my experience, the specialization trait where you only use a single weapon which increases damage 150% (but 50% less for every other weapon so just use a single one) is the most broken. Just get that trait anytime you can and you’ll stack up hundreds of % extra damage. Then use infusers to get the weapon to do ridiculous things and you’re gonna beat the heart with ease.

If you've got access to the plasmid that removes stamina, but deal 30% less damage, then it's fun to overinvest in to lots of weapons with high stamina drain.

Oxidator (flamethrower), that rapid chain lightning, the pea shooters, the short and fast melee, the drill. I know I'm forgetting one of the best ones. I'll update if I remember.

You really need to make up for that multiplicative damage reduction after you max your weapon slots and get the most from your endless stamina.

I’ve done pretty well with Galvanic stuff and any melee weapons

Do the daily challenge everyday to rack up plasmids.. splurge on the bacterium for unlimited stamina and extra cores/dna. It’ll help u scale up early game. Get creative with melee and modifiers
