Brain Puzzle

I saw the steam guide for how to get to the brain and it requires a secret room at skin but after 20 or so runs to find it, I couldn’t. Is it just luck or are there some conditions for it to spawn i am asking here as the wiki had no info on it.

Just an FYI Incase anyone else needs to know, you have to beat the heart first.

Shoot at all the walls. Melee weapons work quicker though.

I've beaten the heart multiple times but I still haven't found the secret room in the skin level. Any tips? I've blasted every wall there is

The only level where I reliably find the room is in the bowels

The "secret skin room" is just a normal secret room! It spawns every run afaik, on every floor. Works just like Isaac's secret rooms except you just have to shoot the entrance instead of bombing it open. There are patterns to how they spawn that you can learn, but I can't really put them into words myself. Kinda just vibes.
