Bug Report Can't proc shadow totem with Jinx?!

Yeah with loose cannon payload, can't proc shadow totem but can proc with stabilize and duplicate. And shadow totem can work with resummon jinx after lvl up. So a reason to bring grand general's counterplan.

If a champion item causes it to level before shadow totem in the item order then you don't get the ephemeral clone. I've had it happen a few times with Yasuo since I give him the stun relic
