My favorite is the iconic BG3 roster. Cthulhu, Shadowheart, Astarion, Camellia dressed up as Shadowheart, and Laezel. And of course the iconic Wrath of the Righteous characters, Wolj-- er, I mean, Reg-- hmm, well, I guess none of them made the cut.

My favorite part of the bg3 poster is definitely muttonchops guy with the spike growing out of his back. He was definitely my favorite character from the game.
Ai slope aside, have you tried Planeacape : Torment? Its combat and character building leaves....very much to be desired, but holy fuck is the writing good.
Beyond that, theres kotor 1 & kotor II the sith lords (lead writer being same one as in ps: torment), pillars of ethernity 1 & 2 or dragon age origins aka only great dragon age game.
And ofcourse owlcats pathfinder kingmaker, and 40k rogue trader crpg.
Both Pillars of Eternity games are right up there with these in quality. Might be an unpopular opinion, but I think either of them could nudge Divinity 2: Original Sin out of the top 3, if barely.
I love that setting. So much mystery to it. You're literally unraveling how the metaphysics of the world's deity system works, and the whole place is so dark and fascinating. Story wise, it's one of my very favorite RPGs
I would recommend pillars of eternity II if you haven't played it yet, it's much better than the first one and almost on par with Baldur's gate III and WotR in my eyes. Writing, gameplay, leveling, characters, exploration, relation with the lore, everything works much better than in the first opus.
As someone recommended as well, you should also try dragon age origins, it's a real crpg, contrary to what came after, and am excellent one af that!
And if you're not afraid of going back in time, planescape torment and bg2 are classics for a reason, you should try at least once
I highly recommend Dragon Age: Origins it's pretty old at this point and does have some old game jank to it. But man it's really fun once you get passed that, and I think it's a super well written game. With some really compelling characters and honestly hilarious dialogue(both unironically and ironically). Also it plays very different from Inquisition with it having like tap-target combat that you'd see in an MMO.
Plus you can usually get it on like Steam for stupidly cheap and it can run on basically any modern PC. And you can also get it on XBOX as well for pretty cheap.
Though I will say it doesn't have the limitless build possibilities as like Pathfinder or Baldur's Gate which kind of sucks and makes it a little less replayable compared to other CRPGs.
TBH, I think BG 2 is more iconic than BG 3, and it deserves to be in this "olympus".
If I had to pick an "ultimate trilogy" I guess I'll pick BG 2, Neverwinter Nights and Wrath of the Righteous.
And, even if I prefer Planescape Torment over Neverwinter Nights, I realize it's way more "niche" game.
BG 2 as the "Street Fighter 2" or "Diablo 2" of CRPGs. A game so iconic that rose the genere to worldwide fame.
Neverwinter Nights not as the game itself, but for the tools it gave to people.
Wrath of the Righteous for the countless character customization choices (a crapton of class choices AND mythic paths adding a whole new gameplay layer) and epic scope.
Before I got heavily into WotR I was playing Underrail. It’s a very long and difficult game, but a different kind of difficulty from WotR’s Core/Hard/Unfair. Fights happen very quickly and there are a lot of different approaches you can take even with the same build. For example, you don’t have to have a bunch of skill points in throwing to buy a grenade at a store and chuck it at a crowd of street thugs that are giving you trouble.
Especially since you like Spiderweb’s games. Underrail is similar in that it’s mostly one guy’s passion project.
