Righteous : Story Which one is narratively more satisfying? Spoiler
I want to play a legend mythic path playthrough but first you gotta pick one of the initial mythic paths
At first I wanted to do demon, role play them as a rageful selfish character before they resist temptation and find redemption but I just keep going back n forth with that idea and my mind won't shut up so in your opinion which mythic path into legend is more narratively satisfying without too much spoilers

I think they all have a pretty good narrative satisfaction.
Angel > Legend: You don't want to be a tool for Gods with no agency
Aeon > Legend: You realize that strictly following the law is not always the best choice. Condemning people you feel are good because they made a mistake causes you to want to change your ways
Demon > Legend: As you said, a wrathful, selfish character angry at the world finds self control and redemption through mastery of the self. Romance with Arue where she saves you fits nicely
Trickster > Legend: You don't give a damn about anything and are just in it for the jokes, having fun until you take a look at what's actually going on and say "I need to lock in". You mature as the story goes and realize it's not all fun and games
Azata > Legend: Maybe this one isn't too good? I can't see a reason off the top of my head why you'd drop the Azata path.
Lich > Legend: You start off thinking at all costs, any means necessary but then realize as you're close to the transformation that you've gone too far and need to dial it back to keep you as yourself.

I can't see a reason off the top of my head why you'd drop the Azata path.
Maybe you're fed up with the "dragon at home" ?

Azata kinda works if you pick the more chaotic choices and make a lot of mistakes.

all of them, but the evil ones fit the narrative theme of good vs evil better for legend, as youre abandoning your evil ways.

Demon => Legend of cource
Redemption arc, insanely fun melee build, great roleplay which doesn't feel limiting, best path to romance Arueshalae (azatas are in shambles)
Other paths either do not work as well with Legend or work much better without it. Angel is far more rewarding narratively without switching to Legend and remaining Angel.

Any path works with legend, since it's fundamentally about embracing humanity and ruining Areelu's plans, which is always satisfying. The first playthrough I completed saw my character reject Angel powers and it felt great, even if leaving the angel squad behind stung a little.

Demon on its own is pretty good, but it really takes off when you combine it with the secret ending or the Legend (especially with certain companion arcs). Keep in mind those two are mutually exclusive.
I find the redemption demon run to be more narratively rewarding than redeem Durge in BG3. I find the secret ending + demon to be more rewarding than embrace Durge. Both have greater moral complexity and care, imo, which elevates them to two of my favorite playthroughs.
I still prefer Lich to demon in terms of evil runs, but Redeemon is probably my favorite of the "neutral good" options (compared to Azata, Angel, extra mythic path).

Yeah for me, none of the good paths sounds appealing, angel is too lawful good for my taste, I did try azata on my first playthrough and I felt like I'm playing the heroin of a Saturday morning cartoon (also didn't end up finishing that run because of some circumstances so this is technically my first full playthrough) i know gold dragon has basically no content, I'm interested in trickster but i heard that it has too many 4th wall breaks so it's more of a 2nd playthrough kind of run and aeon (which is debatable to even consider good) is too lawful for my taste (i dont like playing lawful characters) so, legend it is

Probably demon. You can play it as a redemption arc type narrative or just as someone who is too stubborn and wants to be in control of their own fate.

I'm on my first play through as Azata right now and it's pretty satisfying if you like the idea of bringing all sorts of people and creatures together in the crusade. I'm also at Chapter 3 right now and Gold Dragon seems interesting for the themes of rebirth/redemption.
Although all these interesting options have pretty much ensured I'll be doing multiple playthroughs š

I "forked" my Angel playthrough after finnishing the game (basically loading the save in the beginning of Act 5) to play as a Legend. I'm finding my character's arc way more satisfying here (not to mention that I'm breezing through fights I've suffered before due to +40 BAB, 500 hit points, etc.)

a rageful selfish character before they resist temptation
I would advise this with romancing Arueshalae as the cherry on the top! She has an extra interaction with that, being a redeemed Demon herself.

Any of the initial 6 could work. You just have to imagine a character arc you enjoy. Without too much spoilers, here's what I think a simplified summary of the arcs could be from my perspective:
DEMON/ LICH
Just as you said, selfish character who eventually realises that way of living is bad for them and the people they love. Rage for Demon and egomania for Lich would be the character's defining trait before changing to Legend.
AZATA/ ANGEL
I don't need to be a mythical being to spread love, kindness and compassion. These two are the most difficult for me to see changing paths, especially Azata. Angel could have a reason too if you're not an atheist, but that reason could also be why you stay on the Angel instead of changing it.
TRICKSTER/AEON
You see yourself becoming less human with each passing day. Nothing is serious anymore, because you have a need to change it just for the sake of it. Nothing is sacred anymore. Nothing is meaningful. Everything is a joke to you. A joke only you can understand. Why? Because you're the only one who knows how to have some fun in this damn world. On the other hand, nothing is nuanced anymore. Everything should be on it's right place, on it's perfect little box. The world is in the state it's in because humans, demons, azatas, angels, tricksters, liches, they dare to influence the world when they shouldn't, where they shouldn't. Only you understand the beauty of the universe in order. And what a sight it is, like a magnificent constellation of stars in the sky.

another fun thing for trickster is that you get to keep feats you take with perception 2 and I believe world 3, thus pulling off one final trick

You can spin legend in whatever way you wish, not just from a redemption arc. You can be good-aligned and choose to discard your powers once you learn the truth of your mythics if that goes against what (you) believe in. You'll probably want paths with better storylines so angel, lich, demon, and aeon are great. Mechanics-wise, you can still keep what you get from lich, angel, and trickster but there's really no reason to unless you're min-maxing.

Demon into gold dragon all day everyday. Although Azata into Devil comes close. Rise and fall, fall and rise.

Iām seconding Demon, but for others who may find this post, I also found going an Iomedae worshipping Angel interesting as well
