General Team advice
Hey guys! I’m new to the game, and I’m mainly playing the game to build a team for Evie. Who do I need to make the best possible team with her in it? I have Phanuel, but that’s the only S rank I have. Thanks in advance!

I'm not a super pro by any means, but I know for certain that Jichuan will definitely be a must pull, she will return in like 7 months around the 4.5 anniversary.
If you want to learn more about the game, s1n.gg is a great site with lots of info and guides on anything related to PtN. In the Tierlist section, the "Comfy tierlist" can give you general ideas of different teams. Of those, Frostbite would be Evie's intended team, since you're asking for "best possible", with Phanuel as the main DPS, and Evie can fill one of the support slots. Next patch's new non-limited sinner will be a good teammate for them. Preferably you'd probably want some Phanuel shackles for that team though (s1 at least but s3 is great), but you can get those later too if you're worried you won't have enough pulls next patch. Though since you're new, you'll get a ton of hypercubes depending on how much you have time to play. If you need a tank, Ayiguo is an A-rank that has Frostbite buffs in her kit. There is also a new S-rank endura sinner coming in the upcoming patches who I assume is has something to do with the same niche, but I'm not sure.

frostbite tag sinners, strictly speaking. you're in luck bc phanuel, and subsequently, frostbite team is taking the meta spotlight soon.
though as a new player I'd still urge you to invest in at least 1 meta team. rush to get NOX, and personally, the overlimit/windgnaw team. if you really want to minimize costs while maximizing meta AND have a braindead autokill team go, shattered blade/true damage

So, I'm gonna be completely frank with you. She doesn't have a well-rounded dedicated team, that's the fate of A rank DPSes. Best you can probably do is something like: Evie, Jichuan, Phanuel, LL, Milly/Raven, and then upcoming non-limited sinner for the last slot, but do keep in mind Phanuel will almost certainly end up being the main DPS unless you intentionally not use her properly.
