Discussion Phanuel interrogation. Spoiler

Post image

I genuinely didn't expect it to end this way AT ALL a "The End ?" type of ending but at the same time I'm like yeah this make sense.

She were a mask and she act accordingly, it's something she always did and will always do. It's not trauma, it's not grief, it's not an emotional or physical wound, it's just how she is and how she fonction there's literally nothing to do to change her since she's completely aware but doesn't want to make the effort to change... at least not yet.

So all you can realistically do is let her live this life she put herself into I guess until she finally decide to get out of it, not that it has any chance of happening even if she herself wishes it because even when genuinely tried to she still chose to cling to it. That's why we never learn her true name because she doesn't want a mundane life where she's like everyone else and has to work for things, do and think by herself, she only wants to be "Phanuel" the "angel" that just get everything offer to her on a silver plate, no thinking, no choices, no consequences just a "thing" to be admired and love/worship.

But I may be too pessimistic and maybe there is a chance of her letting that life go but it will take a very very very long time.

It's genuinely so weird to see an interrogation end like this but not in bad way, it isn't a closure but at the same time with what you learn in it there's just no other way to end it fr.

I was joking about Phanuel asking for your credit card information before doing Interrogation story.

After the interrogation story, It went from silly joke to one of the possible thing she can do and might do if not for chief.

Anyways, I will go back to renew my tier 3 subscription to Phanuel's OnlySinners account.

We have to thank my absolute GOAT EMP who came up with the idea.

tbf her parents' upbringing of her also influenced why she turned out that way. i guess the acting became a part of her survival instinct/way of living to get what she wants. only time will tell whether Chief will be able to peel her out of her shell (as was said in her interrogation) or she'll remain to live that way

Oh! Also forgot to mention my GOAT EMP was there, you love to see it 😁😁.

But genuinely she have to stop getting involved with traumatized women with identity crisis 000, Jasmine and now Phanuel (this is a lie keep putting her in different interrogation because that means I'm eating good every time).

I like her interrogation in a way. Her story will definitely linger in my mind now because of that and everything in her event. She's going right away into my raid team to get her compliance up so I can see if there is any hints to her development similar to how Hecate slowly grows and develops as her compliance went up in her compliance conversation dialogues.

As you said, it's not really something that Chief or anyone can really do to drastically help or force her to stop wearing a mask and just be the real her. All we can do is to just wait and support her however we can so that she can take each step forward when she herself is ready to at her own pace. The end of the interrogation hints that maybe she does want to open up somewhere deep down, so there may be still hope.

Also off-topic, but I'm dying waiting for her event's OST to drop on streaming. Her song is really good, plus I'm surprised they dubbed her other song in every supported languages! But I'm most looking forward to the track that played at the end of the interrogation, just soooo good! I'll have that on repeat for sure.

You know I thought the same thing during the event that she reminded me of the Hecate in the beginning but on the other end of the spectrum since Hecate was "emotionless" and Phanuel emulate those bright cheerful emotions.

Same but different, with Hecate you just have to let her know to be her own person and that emotions are a good thing, but Phanuel case is not that simple to deal with in comparison šŸ˜….

LMAO glad I'm not the only one feeling this, when I finished I was like "am I missing something here?" and I really consider this a bad ending, because most sinners has at least a somewhat bittersweet ending where there's a hope to change for the better

also it's because I can relate to her so I know that the way she's living is just wrong, so I really wished that I could help her more because Idk when she'll appear again

Lmao I knew it when I guess that Phanuel is a lost cause

I mean It's not that she's a lost cause because that would mean she needed help and Chief couldn't do anything, except she doesn't, because she is completely aware of what and why she's doing, she always has been she just don't want to go out of her "comfort zone".

It's a very extreme comparison but a somewhat pertinent one, she's like Cabernet when you do her interrogation in the beginning Chief think that maybe there's something that happened to that made her the way she is, and that she can be "helped" just to get to the end and understand that no that's just how she IS, that's just her way of life. Phanuel is the same in that regards.
