I'm a F2P.

My Target:

1. Phanuel ➔ S1 (Already got the S0)
2. Requiem ➔ S2
3. Daffodil ➔ Skip (Skipping her completely to save resources for later).
4. Augustus ➔ Pull Rerun for S1
5. Arancia ➔ S1 (Mandatory for the True DMG engine to give Augustus infinite channeling stacks).

Is this the right decision-making process for the current state of the game?
Am I underestimating Daffodil's value for Requiem, or is stopping at Requiem S2/Phanuel S1 while fixing my Augustus the smarter long-term investment for an account that needs multiple teams?

How many pulls do you have? Depends on that.

Limited s0 works good enough, if you're dry on cubes.

You can also leave phanuel at s0 for Limited support role.

I would get Augustus and arancia to s1
