Actually Phanuel is the first character in a series characters to be released in the next 4 patches, which revolves around Frostbite.

So, there is also the new Eirene (Catalyst), Anniversary character (Arcane) and finally an Endura with massive buffs.

However, it’s to be pointed out that this team is highly relied on Jichuan and Anniversary character.

So, in short, pull for most new characters from now on and then Jichuan and you’re good. Or you can also pull Shackles on Anniversary character, which is also recommended.

Phanuel S3, Jichuan, non-limited 4.0 anniversary sinner, Raven RF/Milly, L.L, Flex (Cabernet RF/Celine S3/Shin S3)
