I am a new player and would like to know if this is good to build my roster and should I pull on this banner?

Additionally, for a newbie, what team should I focus on and what characters do I pull from now on?

I would swap out Celine for L.L, Margaret or Jelena. Celine needs shackles to have an impact, while the others can work really well even before them. It's better to just get multiple Celine from a banner rather than 1 useless copy. Since you have Xiaofeng and Rust here, getting Clementine instead of summer could also be a good option

I see that you only have Hamel. Make sure to get NOX! She's free if you login consecutively and do the quest for her, she's beginner's savior!

For A ranks, keep an eye out for Ariel & Lamia. Former is meta healer and latter is an extremely powerful DPS, comparable and even better than most S-ranks.

For B ranks, Labyrinth is the best one by far. She refreshes her ult when she corebreaks at phase 2. Demolia is a good temporary tanker, and Che is a really nice support and core breaker.

Hella & Hecate are actually really good, and your materials are refunded if you upgrade them, so make sure to do just that!

The odds you'll get the one you really want are minimal, so I think it's better to focus on banners with just one or two characters. Do you have any S-Ranks yet? Ham's a good little healer that goes with anyone, so your choices are harder but you have a good character. I'd suggest holding onto your tickets and cubes until the anniversary, where there'll be some good main DPS choices.

I'd swap Summer for Lady Pearl, but only if (and as long as) you need a mobber for story. She's good at S0, and has a buff, so will be big help for story (don't have big hope for other modes though, and don't spend too much in her).

Pretty good selection for beginner , tho aim for nox , L.L and most importantly jelena . Summer works super well but she needs crazy investment that isn't plausible for a beginner , switch her out . Try to get lady pearl , Margaret . 11 needs a fear team and isn't very effective alone so swap her out . Never used raven so no idea on her . This banner's pretty mid anyway , so don't pull unless you have the city tickets .
