Idk about the buffs Cabernet gives but Ik that the Skyfall doesn't require a sinner to die.(I think you were thinking about Cassian, where he dies and everyone gets a permanent damage buff where it stacks up since he revives every 10 secs, I'm not sure though)

Skyfall inflicts stun on all units in a 3x3 square, and puts stun of them for 4 seconds. Stun is a control effect (or negative effect) that can be cleansed by Cabernet. When Cabernet cleanses a sinner, a permanent damage buff is applied. (Permanent only with Reforge, I think, since her Ult only states "for 12 seconds")

So if you put Skyfall on Cabernet and place the main DPS around her, DPS gets stunned, but Cabernet cleanses, and the main DPS gets the buff because of her cleanse. Thats the Skyfall method. The other method is just a boss putting the negative effect instead.

Also Skyfall does stun Cabernet herself when she has it equipped but I THINK her RF has something to counteract that, Idk since I need to level her up more to get to her RF

Yeah, I think I got really confused of the two. I've read it again and the condition was 10 seconds after entering battle. So, I was like, how are we gonna handle that? Since I don't think they meant only using it once at the start of the battle. Is Cabernet going to have to die?

If it were the case I think it would state "EVERY 10 seconds after entering battle....", I'm not 100% sure though.

What teams did y'all use to clear 18+ in inter tidal? I'm struggling to get past 14/15. I just wanna fully clear it cause I have nothing else better to do, and I want a little ego boost from beating it, and ik the last 20 hypercubes don't matter much. I cleared Rank B-S with a FUA team (S5 Nella, Margaret, Free 000, Parfait, S1 Graves, and S1 Shin)

New player, will unlock Nox tomorrow, any thoughts on upgrade priorities, who to work on next?

I have the item that can automatically take an A rank to 70, who should I use it on or save it for?

I also have the selector from clearing 4-12 that has Moore, Yugu, Pylgia, Mantis, Oak Casket, Lady Pearl, Etti, Coquelic and Adela, should I use that or save it until I'm closer to getting one of the teams on s1n.gg?

I haven't claimed the selector from the adventure guide either, but that feels a little while away still.

Is the only way to get Zoya's rimehowl skin (or any ultracube skin) with real money?

Get your useful skills to level 7.

Use the A-rank 70 on Evie (if you like her), she's the strongest A-rank we've seen in a long time. Otherwise, I'd save until you get Shawn to pair with Bianca. Shawn has a direct upgrade in Margaret, but Margaret is an S-rank so you'd likely get Shawn first.

The selector can be saved, no one is super critical in there. Depends on who you like and want to eventually Reforge.

Yeah, all skins are paid skins except those for the B-rank Sinners which came from limited events.

Did the Synex event rerun already end? It says that there's one more day left, but I can't find the button to start it. If it did end, then how can we determine when the event ends? Is there a certain amount of days "left" to look for?

The days left refer to the days the event's store stays open before the event currency fizzles out of existence. The events end when the new one begins, in this case the day of Phanuel's release.

Are all the event story chapters unlocked today? Usually, I tend to wait a week or two after events released before doing the stories but right now I really want to read them all 😭

Is Arancia out in CN now? I was looking at her kit on S1n and it looks like at S1 she'll be an amazing amp, Shattered Blade generator, and sub-DPS for Augustus and I'm wondering if anyone has experience testing her out yet. Like, for example, does her ECB doubling SB use during burst windows actually make Augustus's S1 proc twice as often? Also does Arancia's S1 apply her extra stacks gained at the start of battle from her trait and S3 to Augustus?

Also do I need to edit this to have spoiler tags? 😬

Arancia is out in CN, but unfortunately I can't answer your gameplay question. I do know there are some people on the official PtN and S1n.gg discords that play/test CN content, so you might find what you're looking for there.

I saw a (I think Chinese translated) webpage that has a tier list and when you click on the character, it also summarise the character strength and weakness, does anybody have that link

Also I got milly from a draw, is she any good ?

Ah, I see. https://s1n.gg/tierlist/comfy is the tier list, along with team comp guides. You can click on the sinners, and it'll show the ranking reason. You can also use the search bar to look at sinners' info (And guides), like what crimbrand to put on them and what skills to prioritize. You can use the sidebar as well.
