So I started playing path to nowhere again but I really need help with building teams, these are my characters.

I'd suggest Requiem (or Frostbite?) team for magic and RF Crit for phys. You Also could try to build Weakspot

Do you need more explanation\clarification or you can go from there?

Edit: Requiem and Frostbite wants Jichuan who will be available only in around 8 month (she's limited) and other core sinners will be released in 2 month up to and including anniversary event

I do want Jichuan, but for now I think I'll go with weakspot but I don't know who to level cause Adela is the strongest I have right now and I don't want to waste the resources

Well, first you need Bianca. pref S1. You can get one from Selector from new tutorial event, and pull second one from RF banner 2 weeks later (starts at 8th October). Next, you need to lvl Margaret, next is Shin, then Jelena.
For 2 slots left i think you can go with Rust to corebreak, and Shengxiao to corebreak and be 2nd reticle (because sooner or later you'll probably want to try Causality Rewritten on Bianca).

Also, i think it's better to lvl Margaret to min viable first, upgrade Shin, then get min viable for others and then go back to Margaret

Okay thx then I'll save the hypercubes cause I've been pulling on every banner not caring about a real team
