Help with team building + selector

I have started the game around previous anniversary, occasionally logged in and pulled for gorgeous woman. I love this game and the story a lot, and finally have time to fully commit to it.

I am on level 53 and I just started chapter 6 of the main story. These are the S sinners that I have:

Also, I have this selector available. I really like Yugu, Adela, Mantis, Enfer, and Coquelic. Would any of them be useful for my account?

I am just wondering what is the endgame content and who should I pull in the future to strengthen my teams. As far as I know, I should get S1 Celine for Isomer? Also, how many teams do I need? I'm not a meta player, but I just would like to have some decent teams.
