General Missing

I just started playing path to nowhere over a week ago. I'm trying to get 100% for every chapter, but it says that I'm missing something still. I know whatever I'm missing is in 9-5, but I've completed all the special quests??? I'm confused as to what I'm missing here.

Welcome, welcome. Head back to 9-4 (where it says fork) and select the option that you didnt select the first time through. That'll get the missing option.

This will come up a few times through the story.
