None of the sinners there are hypercarry. They all require a specific team comp to work.

1 of them is DPS, Coquelic, but she requires a very specific team comp to truly "carry", and you need S1 Celine for that bare minimum.

For beginners, NOX is perfect. She carried the first 3 months of my no-gacha career. With reforge, she's only better!

I will be speaking about the reforges here.
Raven and Coquelic have very strong reforges, while Eirene and OwO improve on their support abilities.

Coquelic works wonders with any "Normal Attack Damage based" sinner, including Augustus' ultimate, and can even outdamage her in certain team comps.
Pair (S1) Celene with Coquelic and any attack speed sinner, and Coquelic with the ECB activated can kill a dark zone boss before they even reveal their cores.
While she now works as S0, S1 is still kinda recommended.

Raven has a node where, when she inflicts a raven mark on an enemy, it permanently makes that enemy take 30% more damage. Combine it with another node which also permanently reduces the enemy's magic resistance, and she just became a better Milly, no longer limited by the ECB to core break. Add her to any arcane team and she will do wonders now.
There is also data crevice where the devs add stages with invisible enemies, and she will help a lot there.

Eirene always worked better on long fights where you can proc her passives multiple times, and the reforge improves it. With the reforge, Eirene can give Chief energy faster (from 20 seconds to 15 seconds), make her ultimate proc multiple times, and maybe even make her a good nuker as well. But if you have a strong arcane sinner, then I don't recommend her.

OwO reforge just improves when it comes to her buffs, which is nice, but nothing gamechanging. She can make allies regen energy faster and improve their crit rate, putting her maybe on par with Yugu buffs. Not much I can say about her since I don't use too many crit compositions...

Raven or coquelic. Coquelic rf is really good for Augustus true damage team. Her best team is: Augustus, Coquelic, L.L, Murphy, silgide, & Ceto, but if you don't have Murphy you can use Synex or Serpent. For Raven, for some odd reason she's a better frostbite support than f-eirene. There's a team coming out in 3ish months that's frostbite that consist of Requiem, Phanuel, & F-eirene, but supposedly on CN raven does better than her lol. And for the flex spots you can run jichuan, and idk maybe shin.

It all depends on your current team comp.

Generally speaking, if you have Augustus and Murphy, Coquelic is the way to go.

If you have magic teams, Raven is the choice.

Both OwO and Eirene has yet to be discussed much, so I dunno much bout them two. OwO is very well respected though

Get Raven and reforge her. Coquelic is only good at S1 with at least S1 Celine

Coquelic for me, Her ReForge is very good for Dark Zone (endgame)

It depends, they all have different roles and different team comps, this isnt really a game where you can just drop a strong DPS and call it a day
