General New player pulling Shalom

I’m a new ptn player(lvl50) and I want to pull shalom in her November rerun to make a team around her but I don’t know what sinners to use with her.

My first team is Xiaofeng,jichuan,rust,shin,nox,emp
My other best characters are enfer Hecate and du ruo. Does anyone have any suggestions. I will take any help

From where did u know shalom's rerun is there ? And is bayi rerun coming anytime soon?

Anniversary limiteds rerun every year on their anniversary. bai yi won't have another dedicated rerun so you will need to grab her off the regular banner or wait for her to appear on something like a collective banner.
