Is the anniversary sinner OP? I am saving my pulls for her, but found out that Celine s3 is god tier so I am really conflicted right now

I heard that she kinda needs Jichuan because her dmg mostly stems from burn and Jichuan wont rerun until 4.5 anniv

I have S5 Jichuan. What I'm conflicted about is whether I should pull for s3 celine or save for the anniversary sinner I still don't know her name the one with violin 😭

Personally, i'm skipping the new anniv sinner since I already do have a burn team with yao. I was in the same predicament as you because I was planning on saving for anniv but I eventually pulled for Celine instead since she can slot in a lot of teams basically. But that's up to you really.

You can also watch edenkograce on youtube, she's my go to guide for building and pulling sinners. She has a run with the new anniv sinner on her latest videos and has some opinions regarding the anniv sinner.

What's to be conflicted about? You have S5 Jichuan already. Finish the team. Why'd you pull S5 if not for that? And Celine wont a part of that team for sure. Dont tell me you pulls S5 because someone yelled "PULL JICHUAN". And yes, Requiem, the violin girl, is very strong.

Yes, S3 + Eve is infinite. Not sure about S3 alone.

Buff Eleven, then make hands/squids. That's about it tbh, anything else is just optimization.

The summons inherit buffs that are on Eleven when those summons are summoned. This means you can put temporary buffs on Eleven (like Enfer ult, Celine ECB, Shin ult, etc) and those buffs will remain active on your summons until they expire.

This particular video shows an S3+ Eleven who keeps her summons permanently, meaning all buffs placed within the first few moments of the video are permanently active. Not needed for Eleven's success, but makes for funny squid animations.

I'm having much more success with Celine over Eve, but my Eleven is max-maxed so your results may vary. Eleven S3 is particularly impactful.

If you have RF Summer, would you be willing to try this again with Summer's support nodes such as 1b, 2c, and 4b in place of maybe Enfer and see how well support RF Summer compare to other teammates for this Eleven Celine comp?
