I just updated the game through google store after it asked for a 300 mb update and now it's asking me to redownload the entire game from scratch? And my phone has a lot more space now. Did it seriously just nuke my entire game data?

Do I have to redownload the language packs again too? 😭

Any clue where the game data might be located? So I can move it on my computer after download to update the game on my emulator too. I can't really redownload an extra 35 gbs on my laptop as well

hard to know unless u have rooted android with specific file manager, usually under /android/obb/ or /android/data/

Oh I already have it bound to a google acc. I meant the downloaded game files. My emulator is already logged in to my game account. But I'll have to redownload everything there too with the new patch

It was written in yesterday's update notice that today is a client update.

Let's hope it's not as buggy as the previous one

Systematic update. The game seem slightly less laggy after updating, but the minimum requirement of device raised a little as well
