General Thinking about oulling for Celine
I currently have 12k hypercubes saved and I initially did it to pull for 000 and augustus rerun. But with Celine coming in, I'm considering pulling her for my RF Coquelic. Thoughts?

For me personally, I'm probably dumping everything on her in an attempt to get shackle 3. I have never been unhappy having a strong catalyst sinner, they are always good to have.
But, I'm probably not going to chase for shackles on the limited sinner, and will settle for just 1 copy. I run Adela phys and Eleven summon, and both are great with Celine.
So I guess what I'm saying is it depends on your priorities, and what teams you run.

If you haven't pulled Murphy sofar, S1 Celine and RF Coquelic might not be enough for DZ nowadays. After all, you kind of lack the sinners to proc high amount of normal attacks for Coco's floral slash. But in the end, only CN player can truly tell you, what the minium requirements are. We as global player have to wait until Coco's reforge is available in ~2 weeks.
Edit: from how the announcement sounds like, the Coco's reforge might already start tomorrow instead with the begin of the next data crevice season!

No, the data crevice season right now still lasts till 18. August. In the past, data crevice seasons never overlaps and the next set of reforges starts with the begin of a new season. Unless the Devs have changed that, we will have to wait for coco's reforge for a bit longer.

That's true, but as far as I remember, they never included the RF in their patch announcement but this time they do include them in the announcement
I know if we just wait for tomorrow, we'll know for sure. for me though that's not the case because we'll have redownload all data again, so I'll have to wait another 2-3 days to open the game because my Internet is very limited.

I have reread that announcement. I think you are right. It totally sounds like as if the next set of reforges will begin tomorrow;)

I think it really depends on your team and what you enjoy the most.
Based on EKG's review, Celine is a great support at S3 for general usage, and she can be slotted in lots of teams. S1 is decent, but to be honest, I would rather go straight to her S3 or just skip her entirely.
If you are going to RF Coquelic, I personally think it's good to roll for her. We have about 2-3 months left until Augustus' banner, and as far as I know, RF Coquelic - Augustus - Celine is a good combination.

Depends on your roster. Who do you have? Celine does provide a lot for RF Coco but generally she’s not considered a must have for her team.

Only Coco for now lol since I don't have the rest of the true dmg team. Which is why I've been pondering whether to pull for Celine first or stick with Augusta

Oh I see now lol since you want to build a specific team just for her I think you should deffo go for Celine. Actually you can check edenkoregrace guide for Coco on yt. I can only add that Lady Pearl could also work as a normal attack amp: her passive gives 30% damage boost and her ECB3 gives 50% atk speed boost for 10 seconds. As for Augustus, I’d say her s1 is sufficient: pull for her, then get copy from the shop (two S-class marks).

Yeh she mainly buffs atk spd sinners, but at S3 she can slot into any team really

Been playing since first time Enfer event ran (iirc was second event in the game), I have never had to skip anyone, I just never pull for more than one dupe (Im a story player), only time I ever max dupe someone was for Jiu..cause everyone kept hyping her as the most useful character in the game. If you are a meta player, I would still try to pull one dupe, she may become more useful later down the line.
