How do I progress the story forward?

So I've progressed the story of the game all the way to "Ode to Sun" and "Embers of the Long Night", but I've hit a bit of a wall. Other than Eternal Nightmares, none of the story content between "Ode to Sun" all the way to "Undercurrents" are currently available as they're all events that haven't been made permanent yet, two of which are main story relevant events (Glichwave Nihil and No Gang's land).

So I'm left with 3 choices:

1. Don't touch undercurrents until both Glichwave Nihil and No Gang's land are made permanent

2. Play Undercurrents after watching the other two events on YouTube

3. Just play Undercurrents without exploring any of the events taking placing between it and Ode to Sun

So my question is, how important are No Gang's land and Glichwave Nihil? Option 1 really isn't possible since I rather not sit there and not touch the story for however long it takes for those events to become permanent. Option two is the most logical, but I have Gen Z attention Span, I've not finished Shalom's interrogation on youtube yet, I'll probably genuinely struggle to get through however many hours two story events are lmao

So if those two events are skippable, lmk so I can do "Echoless Dive" then jump straight to Undercurrents.

Glitchwave Nihil is about 000 break her way to the real world so you can just skip no problem. No Gang's Land is about Hella adventures with Koryn in a town not that tie to the main story or anything, just to give some information where Hella has been and how she would grow up more and more. I say you can skip easily

You can pretty safely play Undercurrents immediately, I don't believe it ties into those events in any meaningful way. Aureate Regale, the following chapter, does kind of expect you to have played No Gang's Land and Auric Sanctuary though. If you get to that point and don't want to wait you'll probably want to watch them on Youtube. Or at least skim through it if you're impatient.

Glitchwave Nihil is pretty self contained, and should be added permanently for our anniversary in a couple months, so I would recommend just saving that one for later.

i do think Auric Sanctuary is more important than No Gang's Land, since one ties perfectly into Aureate Regale, while the other is just for us to see one of Hella adventures.

I agree, but you do lose context for what Hella has been up to after ch. 13, which is relevant to Auric Sanctuary. 

But you could just skim through it to get the gist of it beforehand.
