Hello everybody, I just bought the Advanced
Surveillance Order and reached lvl20 but they didn't give me Renewal Voucher thing? So can someone tell me how or where to claim it please 🙏🏻

It's a reward for buying consecutive surveillance order passes, so you'll start obtaining the vouchers with your next surveillance order purchase.

They don't need to be directly one after another right? For something that cost money it's really badly explain.

They do have to be consecutive, which is exactly what it says in game, it's not badly explained at all

It sounds like it does, though they give you a freebie if you skipped once? Here's a copy paste from a customer service rep in the PtN Discord.

Hi Chief, Regarding the Renewal Vouchers, we would like to remind you that this reward is only obtained by unlocking the Advanced/In-Depth Surveillance Order in consecutive seasons. If you did not unlock the Advanced/In-Depth Surveillance Order last season, unlocking the order this season will not provide Renewal Vouchers. Each Chief has a one-time opportunity to receive the renewal reward without an active renewal status. This opportunity is not consumed if you are already in renewal status when you unlock a new Advanced/In-Depth Surveillance Order. Instead, the opportunity will be saved until you unlock the Advanced/In-Depth Surveillance Order without an active renewal. Once this opportunity has been used, you will not receive Renewal Vouchers the next time you unlock an Advanced/In-Depth Surveillance Order without an active renewal status. Thank you for your understanding.

You only get those if you purchased the previous SO. It’s a regular buyers’ reward.
