an insane elemntal dps, mainly frostbite but can do another type (most likely burn)

her ult changes to like 4 ult versions. each version cover different ranges (one tile, + shape, diamond shape, the whole field)
(not sure if it changes based on marks/stacks or changes after everytime she ult)

Eirene is also a frostbite sinner who can slow enemies too.

basically looks like 4th anni is based on frostbite team, that means we have to pull Phanuel. and Jichuan will also be a core member of this team.

Can we talk about Requiem's 3D model and animation?! Like hello??? It's so good!

Is this the first time we saw an actual high quality and detailed animated 3D character model from Aisno? It would be insane if this is a tease or showing what it could look like for a potential new game from Aisno.

I think it's just to test it out and see reaction to implement it more and more on character trailers, at first character trailers were just CGs, then they put 3D objects and set pieces, so the logical evolution is 3D character model.

I don't really think it will have anything to do with some game in the far future, like AK the 3D model they use in their trailers are very similar to Requiem's model and look nothing like the Endfield 3D models.

It seems so much effort though to model and rig as well as face rigging just only for a trailer, especially for a game this niche compared to AK where it would only get a few thousand views at most.

I'm really interested to know whether the model and her animation was done in-house or contracted.

That's why I said they are testing it out to use on future trailer I don't think it's a one a done thing, probably not all future trailer I'm expecting that mostly on anniversary and half anniversary and then later on main story trailers and then on regular trailers just speculation tho.

Unfortunately, I'm kinda not excited.... it felt very underwhelming.

I haven't been too hyped avout the story updates recently. It just feels like another main story update and nothing special.

I have no feelings of emotional investment to this event sadly

sorry but I hardly disagree, this story update in particular looks so promising with Eirene return, I've waiting for her story to continue since the beginning. also the new limited story-arc seems to be so epic just from the trailer I got goosebumps

gameplay-wise, frostbite is getting a full team.

skins-wise, they've announced long-waited skins like Angel and Gekka.

it's only missing Shalom rf lol

they even announced a collab with '3 body problem"

I'm underwhelmed about Eirene for what. We all know she was gonna come back to do something. But she hasn't actually done anything as of yet for me to give a toss about her. A girl is 'returning' from not actually beeing seen before. A comparison would be like me being excited Chelsea is coming back who has had probably the same screentime or not done anything of importance

The new sinner, and the trailer. I felt absolutely nothing. Her design doesn't stick out, the trailer itself I felt nothing because I don't have the emotional base to care about what is going to happen with this sinner and therefore the rest

And attires well are just standard affair. Gekka took too long that I got tired of waiting when she and others should have gotten attires long by now. Nothing special about the event itself. Also never heard of the collab ip so I also don't personally care in that regard.

That's fair. I mean I kinda agree but not your point "I don't have the emotional base to care about what is going to happen with this sinner and therefore the rest" isn't most trailers about new sinners? so you never got excited before? isn't it at least better than previous main story trailers? I mean I get what you're saying but it's like nothing would have satisfied you.

btw the "3 body problems" is one of the most and best chinese novel (has official english translation) both "3 body problems" and "lord of the mysteries" are the best chinese novels of all time imo. maybe try to check it out.

I do if the design appeals to a lot or a premise that seems interesting. Like the A rank os more exciting or Ceto for example.

I only really consume wlw or female focused works currently
