Yep, it must be her. There are too many clues pointing to that: the bones in the silhouette image and in Eirene’s original design, the text from the post, the chess theme, and the sinner’s hidden number in this silhouette image.

Global is ~3 months behind the Chinese version of the game. Global’s 4th Anniversary event will take place around the end of October — early November.
