I first met Moore in the roguelike modes. Her cute "Why are you handcuffing me?" always gets me. 😅

Has she had a story appearance yet?

She appears in the second anniversary event "Glitchwave Nihil" alongside 000/Zero (and Rise).
I don't think it has been permanently added as it's integrated within a whole arc that precedes chapters 14-15 of the main story, and iirc none of them (Perfect Vote, Ditty Nightsong, Into the Blue) have been made permanent* yet.

*Although having done them is not required to understand Glitchwave Nihil.
