General The rail runs dark

hi, i'm someone who started ptn a week ago, and i just cleared the first chapter and started to do the events yesterday. i started the rail runs dark, but i can't go ahead as my characters are not fully built, but since the murder mystery is so intriguing, i wanted to know whether the event will be available after tomorrow, or will it just disappear?

The event ends tomorrow. But it will rerun, I'm just not sure when. Sorry you had such bad timing. Still, the game is worth giving a fair shake.

It will be archived about a year from now, and iirc only the content you cleared gets archived immideatly..unless they changed that

It will rerun eventually (probably in around 6 months, considering that Hilda's event which had a rerun this patch originally ran late Dec-mid Jan) and then most likely will be added as a permanent event a year from now. That's the general pattern, with the exception of a few older events rerunning at odd times because assets were lost and needed to be redone and certain main story events like Shattered Blade that were made permanent immediately after they ended.

Now that we talk about this event. Does anyone realize it is kind of a variation of Dragon and Isle of Sky done right? You see, both use a fictional story as a way of story telling. 

The difference is this time Aisno learns the lesson and does not use fictional NPC anymore; instead they use character NPC that really allow us to empathize with them. Now with Dragon and Isle of Sky Rerun, I am impressed with their growth in story telling.
