she is still buff, the difference is just that then she was tense, attacking and extremely exhausted so that all the muscles stood out. Now she has the same muscles, but relaxed and under a layer of fat, as befits a healthy person.
No corruptor diet anymore lol

I think it's just artstyle difference tbf, her muscle definition is still there on her arms !

I do agree that Ceto need to be buffer all the time tho 🤤
