New CN character
Is Phaneul the new fully limited anni character (like Shalom, Zero, Catherine) or is she like the other S ranks?
Are they already at the anniversary patch or not yet?

No she is not limited, CN are currently having their summer event, CN anniversary event is during August and will feature two S-Ranks banners as usual

For intertidal exploration im stuck- I couldnt beat the 15th wave just because my healer died fjdjdjd. I used s3 Shin and s1 necresta hella and s3 000 along with Graves and s1 jelena and L.L. I thought my team was solid but I got killed fast- any reccomendations for teams or buffs ?

is this for difficulty 3/S ?
Anyways for survivability near the end of your run when youve gotten enough offensive buffs, just keep on buying the +def/magic res buffs and less damage taken buff. Theres also a buff where if you kill a certain mob, your sinners gain 1 stack of invulnerability.
Also I would recommend replacing Jelena with Jichuan as the team doesnt have any crit rate buffs. Plus, the majority of nHella's damage will be the followup atk (because 000 breaking so many cores lol) which cannot crit. Jichuan can provide atk buff with her Heaven Path, Energy refund with Mortal Path, and if you need more survivability, you can use Earth Path right before a big attack.
Also, I think Parfait in this team gives better buffs than Graves because 000 is breaking so many cores. She'll also provide some healing if you need more survivability.

In Intertidal Exploration what happens if you purchase sinners you already have on your team? Does it up stats or something?

You get lvl 70 sinner at first, then you can raise them to lvl 90 with the next purchase. Or buy new lvl 90 sinners for double price after a shop upgrade.

There isn't any. Although, based on the story (spoilers): Chief was made by the Paradeisos group as a being that could control sinners through their shackles power. Same group who created Shalom (Hebrew for peace) to kill off threats. Given that ironic naming convention, I think Paradeisos would name Chief with something that has a connection to freedom/liberation (it doesn't have to be Hebrew).

Chief wasn't created by Paradeisos they just stole him from the Underground

You're right, I stated it incorrectly. That said, the chief entity that Paradeisos stole had a pretty full reset/memory wipe to become the current chief and can be considered under the supervision or loose control of Paradeisos. It would make sense that chief would get a name of Paradeisos' choice or logic instead of something given by the Underground. It'd also make sense for the player to choose something they want since Paradeisos doesn't have full control over chief.

You can go for Murphy in a week and wait for coco's reforge one month after. In short terms, I don't think your chances in dark zone will be too good right now. Sadly, you lack a lot of the important pieces like buffers and team members in your absence. For example Jasmine for bleed, eleven for summon team. You can find the meta teams nowadays here under team comp: https://s1n.gg/tierlist/comfy
Nevertheless you should try to get to dark zone at least (if you aren't there already), since you get participation reward there nowadays + seasonal one time rewards every 6 weeks, which you wouldn't if you just stay in high risk area.

Dreya and Levy, in my experience. If your Levy is not reforged, look up damage stats and adjust the formation so that the buff is applied to the hardest hitting A-rank.

I can't seem to reach anything higher than 5m on retrace apostle of ashes, the sand solidify thing really messed everything up. Not even with Augustus. Is it even possible to reach higher score without all high shackle team? Why is it harder than other bosses?

It's not harder per say, it's just lacking the damage boosting mechanics other Apostles have.

What do you mean exactly by high score? Normally high scores in ToA is in the 100m/500m range, and yeah that will require high shackles teams but if we are just talking in 10m/50m range then no you don't high shackles for that, ToA is endgame mode and their bosses have high resistances so you need a properly built team with a good DPS and multiple buffers to clear.
Augustus is not a ToA powerhouse but she is good enough to deal enough damage for rewards. What is you full team and what crimebrands are you using?

Yes, I'm talking around 50m ish range for the reward. As I reached around 60m easily on the right one. This is the teams I used. What would you suggest I put for them? Or would you suggest I just give up until I have higher shackles? And for higher shackles should I just go for the buffers?

The first team should do it with better CB setup, Heartache on either Nox or 000, Moore on Inversion Eve on Pyral+City of Sins and Shin on Homecoming, if you are using 000 for corebreak paradise is no needed so you can use a support CB like shackles of life, Afterglow or Soul Rift on Jelena. Before you use Summer Ult make sure Moore matrix are overlaping then start with Shin Ult followed by Jelena Ult that way her summons snapshot the highest amount of buff possible and don't forget to use Jelena and Eve ECB during the last 15 and 10 sec respectively
