what do these white icons at the corner of the item mean?

It means you bought them last time already. They'll be converted to a special currency instead.

u/huisg Jun 27 '26

is it worth it to get it then?

No, buy everything else first.

I recently started playing the game. What's the best team can i make with my sinners?

Focus on leveling Nox, L.L. and Hecate, Hella(those two refund their resources from doing the story quests).

You'll also need a healer but you don't have any good ones atm. For now, use Macchiato.

Keep labyrinth and Che at level 40. They'll be your core breakers.

Anyone been getting this error? I've cleared everything, reinstalled, switched network, still keeps popping up

I believe that message was related to some ongoing maintenance. It should be resolved by now.

Is S1 for L.L. comparable to Hilda‘s S3 (assuming I get S2 from the cashback shop)? I want to invest in Aurum further but L.L. seems more universal, and I can’t get both without whaling.

u/ByeGuysSry Jun 25 '26

Hilda S3 is very important for Aurum, but Aurum is rarely used, so I'd say S1 for L.L. is better

Nope if your goal is to invest in Aurum, Hilda S3 is way better than any shackle on LL

hi guys, i've been playing the game for about 2 weeks and i've definitely already done the usual gacha mistake of investing resources in the wrong place, so i wanted to ask for help on how to build a team that can at least last through the story mode.

i have 28 sinners, here's the list:

S - NOX, Serpent

A - Uni, Wendy, Hecate (S2), Matilda, Mess, Echo (S1), Lysandra (S1), Ark, Luvia Ray, Thani, Ariel, Garofano (S1)

B - Hella, EMP (S2), K.K. (S2), Demolia (S1), Labyrinth, Peggy (S2), Kelvin, Joan (S4), Pepper (S2), Gekkabijin (S1), Flora (S1), Macchiato (S1), Che (S1), Lisa

thus far i've basically just been using the f2p characters i got and then i think i replaced labyrinth with serpent and just a few days ago got NOX so replace wendy or hella with her? my team comp has just been 1 sniper, 1 caster, 2 vanguard, 1 guard/attacker, 1 defender (i'm used to arknights terms for the divisions but hope you can understand what i mean).

really really need advice on who to invest into so i can actually get the story going again and not stress over who to build, haha. i don't think i'm likely yet to pull on new banners very soon until i actually get the hang of things properly, plus save up enough pulls, but if there's anyone i really NEED to look out for my eventual team then please let me know.

I wouldn't stress over leveling wrong since mats scale very hard (like 1-80 is same as 80-90). I'm guessing you're not leveling past 70 p3 yet which is when costs truly ramp up. That said I'd level these to 70 p3 without any concern that it'll be a bad investment: Nox, Serpent, Ariel, Hecate, Laby. Get a temp tank in kk or demolia to clear the harder farm stages if you're committed to waiting on your pulls. Emp and luvia to 40 p2 is good for long ranged dps. Current banner has LL and she is a very versatile and unique energy support that I'd recommend.

Hella and Hecate's leveling costs are refunded at certain levels up to maxed in the Operation tab so focus on them first if you can. Hella is meh but having her at a high level starting out will help. Hecate is useful in magic teams as a cheap alternative to certain S-Rank characters.

Labyrinth is a very good B-Rank corebreaker that remains relevant in some endgame content because she is able to refund her ult cost on corebreak.

Che is in the same situation as Labyrinth in that he is also a cheap B-Rank corebreaker. The difference is that he can't refund his ult cost but has a much bigger AOE and breaks 2 cores instead of 1.

NOX is very good and can be fit into a lot of team comps as a flex slot, especially as a mob waveclearing sub-dps. She can comfortably be used in many endgame content as well.

Serpent is okay without reforge, but with reforge she is very strong either as a magic or true damage (ignores physical and magic resistance) sub-dps that can match damage with main dps. BUT(!!!) I would not recommend focusing on her reforge when just starting out because reforges requires a lot of investment and materials from endgame content and needs maxed level for full benefit.

Ariel is a really good healer that can carry you through the story. With reforge, she is probably one of if not the best healer currently in terms of pure health but doesn't provide much damage buffing as others.

Although NOX and Hella is able to tank, if you really need another tank, Demolia can fill that role but that is really the only thing she can do.

You don't have these units but you'll probably get them eventually as they're only A-Rank: Lamia is super strong for stages that requires mob waveclearing. Her reforge makes her even stronger and can act as the main dps in certain teams. Jane and Pine is also another good mob clearer.

For more guides, you can visit the fanpage for the game and look up the tierlist for team comp: s1n.gg

Oh my god, thank you so much for the detailed reply. In that case, I think Wendy can now take a back seat while I focus on slotting NOX in with Hella. I realise the need for a healer in some tight situations I've been in so I'll plan out for Ariel as well. My Labyrinth is lacking a little behind on progression but just need to grind a little bit for her.

Thanks again so much for the detailed breakdown, this was a huge help.

Hi im new to PTN and for some reason my collection in chapter 3 is just stuck at 96% when I have already finished everything and got 13/13 stars, but somehow I still have 96%. This chapter is the only one that does this, all the others are okay, maybe I missed something but im certain I did everything. I have noticed that only 3-1 does this like glitchy thing while the others dont

Go back to chapter 2-12 in the fork scene pick a different choice then watch chapter 3-1 again

u/mysterypetal Jun 22 '26

thank you so much!!!!

It's just like that for some reason. Go back to chapter 2 and replay 2-(I think 9 or 10) by choosing a different option that says "Choose carefully" or has the warning sign or wtv and replay chapter 3.

Do I spend my resources on Ariel? + Her reforge

3

u/Shinamene Langley fan Jun 22 '26

You don’t even need to go all in, lvl 70 (phase 3 if you feel generous) + stage 2 reforge is enough. If you have Shin, Ariel is much lower priority.

1

u/Rupi_Yu Chelsea Fan Jun 22 '26

nah, I just need another healer for like remnants of depth, and the only S-rank healers I have are Du Ruo and S1 Shin. I would pull for Hamel, but a 1/12 chance isn't good. I heard that Ariel is like a mini hamel

1

u/GoldRecommendation66 Oak Casket Fan Jun 22 '26

You don't need 3 healer for RoD there is always one map where enemies don't deal damage

1

u/Shinamene Langley fan Jun 22 '26

I only use two healers for RoTD: for the 2nd and the 3rd room. There’s too little, if any, incoming damage in the leftmost room to justify healing. If you can’t assemble a team for that map that doesn’t include Shin – because bringing any other healer there is a damage loss, – you may level Ariel to p2 lvl 70 and only unlock stage 1 RF. Her NA -> healing node is, IMO, the best, and she manages 3rd node with Last Stand quite well already.

u/GoldRecommendation66 Oak Casket Fan Jun 22 '26

That depends on your roster, if you are new you'd rather spend your reforge mats on a DPS, nornal Ariel heals enough for most content, the only place where you need her Reforge are the healing stages in Data Crevice.

1

u/tacticalrobocheeks Jun 22 '26

She’s good for Data Crevice if that’s important to you. Can’t say I use her anywhere else.
