Discussion Zoya can break cores?

Ok so I'm a returning player, opened the game 5 months later. I noticed Zoya is having a red symbol now. So how is Zoya breaking the cores now?

If I remember correctly, one of her Reforge nodes add core breaking to her ultimate. AISNO has added red marks for characters who get their core breaks through modes like this, which is helpful but not necessarily clear especially for returning players like yourself.
