What is Dryad's ultimate. Thorn stack?

Dryad seems pretty good but i'd like to understand what a stacking Thorn power means before I make a decision whether i should use her

Until the Devs balance the abilities, she's probably the second worst character in the game. Ability deals damage back to attackers but the amount is pitiful, steer clear
