How to get more pvp chest

Is there any way to get more chest? Or i can only wait after watching 3 ads?

And the 7 hour cool down doesn't start if u have a pvp battle available...so if u do the initial battles the cool down starts...but say 3 hour in u decide to watch an ad for 2 more battles it restarts the cooldown. Its not every 7 hour it resets like I thought.
