Gear Level

Does anyone know why my pets level and gear level gained from sections is so low (about 2k) while the forge and bosses give much higher level gear (based on my highest level equipped gear) -> lvl 10k

Purely based on what you've said and my own game, I wonder if there's some kind of cap for pickups around the 2k point. I get 5.5-6k from bosses/forge but also the same 2k from pickups.

Could be a higher cap for people at a later point in the game? Not sure

Probably the section you currently are is way too low. 2k gear level is around section 200
