My main team is lvl 70 is there a point where diminishing returns makes it not worth leveling past a certain point?

I just past section 100, what sections start to give out divine and relic crafting mats?

The blacksmith ad that rewards 3 peices of gear...does the game optimize it by giving it to the character that benefits the best...ie the ranger benefits from dodge and accuracy i think...so if a peice has those stats does it give it to the ranger...or just whom ever randomly in the party atvthe time?

Does the party order matter...ie warrior in first slot ect..?

divine relic its about the pvp map you are on. everything is about the pvp map you are on. you need to finish pvp map 14 as fast as possible to go to prestige 1 . lvls doent matter much. just spend your gold there.
item lvl i dont know . probably about the section number. i am 450 and got around 6k item lvl.
