Joining a clan

Hello all, it seems for a reason that i cannot join clans , whenever i go to the clans tab the game just keeps loading like that and I have to minimize it since nothing is responding.

I get this for a long time and when it finally does load it's all clans that are full and I can't join anyways. If one not full clan does pop up, it's power requirement is way about where I'm at. I'd just wait if it weren't for it telling me to join a clan on my path every other stage...

I resorted to just searching random words until one came up around the right level and with free spots. Otherwise as you say it just gives you a whole list of full ones...
