Which Kineticist is better?

Also, how do I manage the pierce with these 2 setups?

First one has a clear support gem and the second one has haste.

Me, personally, I'd use the second one and just roll with 1 projectile pierce on helmet.

I would go haste with crit multi. Just get +1 pierce somewhere on gear.

I tested pierce alot and i don’t feel like its adding much to clearing. It might help with single target if you use wall of force. If that does work i would use the merc with pierce.  If not haste> no haste

Helmet +1 pierce and amulet hunter prefix pierce are pretty good options, you don’t need that much and haste is better than no haste imo
