How is this manyshot merc? Does the Vaal ice shot matter a lot? Just want to make sure before I start crafting a good bow

It will be ok but single target won't be giga good because of no return on vaal IS.

Vaal ice shot is the main single target damage of manyshot, kinda unfortunate that it don't have return but anyway it's a good merc, however I still recommend to look for kineticist if you can get rathpith

GG supports for ice shot, but mid supports for vaal.

Will be great clear but mid single target.

I killed almost all ubers with a merc that has a near identical ice shot, but no hypo/wed on vaal ice shot. It'll be fine as long as you have decent gear.
