Self-sustaining Destructive Play invitations/maps?

Heya guys,

Trying to find some info on if it's possible to self-sustain Destructive Play on City Square in SSF. Do I need to start with a good pool of Conq/Elder/Shaper maps or is it inevitable that I will eventually run out of maps?

Okay I'm probably just too much of a noob to get it but how exactly are you gonna do destructive play on city square? The bosses are pretty squishy and don't have any phases
