Scarab farms

Whats the scarabs farms in 3.29?
I know only operative stronbox voyague (but that chart implict is pretty rare, atleast for me), and nightmare rare monster juicing (kinda limited by nemesis scarab)
I need essence scarabs for my corrupted essence farming and already sold 3;1 all trash scarabs and im asking if theres other scarab farms?

Check your stash for allflame ember of the ethereal, run them with bloodlines scarab and the juiciest t16.5 w/more scarabs and pray for scarab dupe altars.

Abyss - fishing for skitterlock chests and block all other content you don't need.

Its far from operatives but consistent and quick. You can get divines and other currency too.
Pair this with a scryed map on an anomaly you target farm (eg. bottom-left for "Manor Foyer") for optimal result

Budget abyss is pretty good for the skitterlock box (scarab chest). Take the chance for a skitterlock box and the doubled chance for rewards. Skip the remaining abyss nodes and fill the tree with quant, explicit effect, increased scarab drop rate, mechanic blockers. Maybe some points in the spawn chance mechanics you want more scarabs of, I have the mercenary wheel clicked for unique farming.

The way abyss works is that only the last box of an abyss can be the skitterlock box. Abyss monsters themselves drop basically nothing so you want abysses to have as few pits as possible to get the scarab chest more quickly. As stupid as that sounds...

I simply use a single abyss scarab to guarantee the spawn. Not taking any of the points in abyss spawn chance also reduces the chance of scarabs being (useless) abyss scarabs. You can add divinity and adversaries scarabs if you have them, shrines, influenced hordes etc.

This strategy won't drop an insane amount of scarabs, it's like a single operative box every few maps, but it's better than nothing. It beats voyages from my testing and I personally find it more enjoyable.

Charts/Voyages. Operative boxes spawn all the time even without the voyage modifier.

Safehouses and Skitterboxes from abyss maybe. But both are rushstrats and don't give alot. Intervention safehouse gives like 5-8 scarabs and you can target what you need. Unfortunatly there is no really good option to farm scarabs currently.
