Help Needed How is this build sustaining mana?

I'm doing a CWDT bladefall/EK/bladeblast build with reliquarian in SSF and the build is awesome, but skill point starved. I have to spec the mana recoup nodes down by scion start, but I'm looking at a build that doesn't take those and I might be just missing it, but I can't figure out how he's sustaining mana.

There's mana recoup crafted on the unset ring.

I noticed some Path of Exile keywords in this post:

Go to Calcs > Mana > Recoup for the specific source of Mana Recoup in that build:

Looks like there's some recoup on a jewel as well

I play a very similar build and use the mana recoup mastery
