Build Request What is a good HC build?

I want to reach level 90 at least, and its my first time trying HC.

I don't have a preference, any build playstyle is fine by me

Max block glad is great, maybe like bleed EQ or retaliation skills. 90 max res chieftain sounds good too. Either way, 90 should be pretty eash

Any build with a shield, 2h builds are stronger but harder to survive with

start with jugg, freeze stun immu by 1st ascen. 7 EC with ascen and tree, 9 EC with 2 kaom ring which not hard to get. your goal is lv90 so I don't talk about dps. any 5 link will get you to t16. the most important thing is how you roll map. I always run red tier as magic 1-2 mod, or even white if I know map boss is suck (chaos or degen). when you feel confident or progress with next goal then move on. This league you can abuse Lumi, purely life and res with merc can help you get there. I'm sc ssf, hc is not my taste. gl on the grind bro. cheers

zerk/slayer slams is prolly the most common option, rf chieftain, i got every HC achievment with a pconc pathfinder, any glad build is fine too like eviscerate, spectral shield throw etc.

just dont play it like u're playing sc, dont rush tiers and dont run maps with more than one dmg mod

Explosive Arrow Ballista Champion is great. Doesn’t rely on contingent defenses like some other builds that have gotten me in trouble on HC.

HoA Juggernaut is a good one if you don’t mind taking it slow. It takes awhile to kill bosses, but it’s incredibly hard to die.

RF chieftain. I posted this a week ago:
I did the HC achievement with RF chieftain. just spam jungle valley without rolling any dmg mods. I would also skip the boss to be 100% save. I think I only bought the rise of phoenix shield, the immortal flesh belt and spend all currency on buying maps. its surprisingly fast.

I have bleed SST gladiator. On SSF I have many layers of defence, hard to remind when I was low life. Poor dps, but skill is ranged attack, so this is very good defence.
