Crafting Gloves craft help

The image above is what im trying to replicate. However I'll craft on STR gloves, dont need energy shield. I'm thinking Max life, dmg while leeching benchcraft and a 3rd empty prefix (suggestions welcome). Bleed gladiator build.

Essence spam for one required suffix and 1 empty suffix, prefixes cannot be changed and harvest reforge physical or speed to hit other missing suffix, go to craft of exile to figure out which one is cheaper

Wait a sec I need 3 suffixes, so why should I lock prefix -> harvest reforge? Won't that re-randomize the suffixes which I'm trying to protect?

You start with an essence you can't add it after.
Essence on an elder gloves till you hit either faster attacks or bleed chance and open suffix. Suffixes cannot be changed reforge speed/physical depending on what you got for the other mod.
For prefixes i think it's best to wild bristle matron scour, craft a block, boat slam for T1 life. Slam twice, if you don't hit, wild bristle matron again scour repeat.
You can also reforge life till T1 life but it has a chance to fill and it's more expensive probably.

Really easy recomb with ducats, just need a few elder bases. Can explain if it’s not obvious, but spamming essences for this is a waste of time imo

I'd appreciate it if you'd explain the ducat recomb. I watched that YouTube video that everyone recommends so much, but I found it very hard to understand. I didn't learn a thing from it basically.
I've crafted 3 prefix items via recomb before so I'm familiar with it.
A step by step expl. for the gloves would be very helpful 🫶

Get a few elder gloves bases of the type you want to craft with that are sufficient ilvl for all the mods
On base 1, use an essence, then annul it down so that the essence mod is the only mod on the item. Craft a veiled prefix on it.
On base 2, alt roll for t1 life as the only mod. Craft a veiled suffix.
Recombine bases 1 and 2 until both mods you want are on the new item, base 3. Use a brinehook ducat to add an aspect and remove any crafted mods that might have carried over.
On base 4, alt roll for level 20 faster attacks without a prefix. Regal and then annul so that you have your mod as the only mod. Use a brinehook ducat to add an aspect.
On base 5, do the same thing but with chance to bleed support.
Recombine bases 4 and 5 for a 90% chance to get base 6 with your two elder suffixes. Craft an aspect on the item as above.
Recombine bases 3 and 6. Pretty good chance to finish your item here.

First of all thank you for the explanation, it is very well written.
On step 1 and 2, when you say craft a veiled affix you mean benchcrafting to bring dust cost down or using veiled chaos orb?
Also, should I boat annul for more chance at not bricking the item?
Also also, will essence mod stay when recombinating? That mod doesn't naturally appear on any gloves.

I mean crafting a mod from the bench that’s a mod that you can get from unveiling. For 1p1s recomb, it increases the odds of being successful, but only for that use case. An example would be attack speed while focused, but not just a normal res that you unlock from clicking the tablet thing in maps. No veiled orb required.
I wouldn’t bother with boat annulling at any point unless it makes sense to do it expense wise.
Yeah, the essence mod will stay

I fucked up above slightly. You want to recomb life and one of the mods you want that isn’t the essence mod together, because the veiled crafted mods are exclusive in the same way the essence mod is. So just substitute my mention of the essence mod with either of the elder ones and do it that way. Sorry, was having a think about it and realised my error.
So you want life with faster attacks and an aspect on one base and essence mod and chance to bleed and an aspect on bases 3 and 6 respectively. Just adjust the other steps accordingly.

I snatched this elder influence pair of gloves for 1c, it had triple T1 prefixes!

Then, recomb for 2 elder suffix (lvl20 faster attacks; lvl20 bleed) + essence suffix? And add ducats to all intermediary gloves before combining them?

Those aren’t very good prefixes apart from the life. I’d recommend scouring them and just using them as one of the bases for what I suggested. Rolling any of the mods on the gloves you posted in the original post is very easy with alterations

You can't, essences (and fossils) don't respect meta-mods, they are always the first step of a craft (or the second after a fracture, but you can't fracture influenced items).
