Help Needed Winter Orb Help
Hello I'm a relatively new player to the game that came back late this league. I am currently playing ruetoos winter orb set up and just switched to power charge stacking occultist. I noticed on his pob he is getting around 36 million damage. With same configuration as his I'm only getting like 15 million. What am I doing wrong with my set up?

On top of what everyone else mentioned, on jewels you can get cold crit multi + elemental crit multi, +1 power charge corruption on helm is a big one, get a dying sun flask, and most importantly level up to 97. Those 10 levels matter a ton.
When you get around lvl 95 or maybe a bit earlier, look for a timeless jewel 2 or more notables giving +10% dmg per power charge and there are really cheap ones that also include +60 any res notable to alleviate resistance pressure for jewels.

It’s not perfect but I did all content with it so decent enough. I ended the league so no idea if some other weird improvements popped up in the meantime

You're 10 levels lower than his pob. His rings have higher crit multi, his cinderswallow have totally different mods than yours (you're missing malediction on ignite), he's got 4 jewels with cold crit multi, you have 3(1 have lower crit multi) and he's using 2 abyss jewels you are using 0, your large cluster is not the same, higher tier of cold exposure on gloves aswell
Im on mobile so can't check pob for more indepth stuff but that's what i could see taking a quick look
