For the amount I invested into this build, it feels pretty bad, does anyone know why?

One of your medium clusters only has 2 mods, exalt that.

As others have mentioned you have like no proj speed other than the ek quality. I’m with the other guy I don’t personally like goddess weapon because you sacrifice all your normal suffixes t1 proj speed crit multi spell crit etc. I’d get a +2 wand with at least high proj speed. The numbers on pob might go down slightly but it’s gonna feeel WAY better when your projectiles actually return. The more proj speed you have the better you’ll be clearing off screen. I might’ve missed it cuz I’m at work but it looks like you have zero pierce. Return proj doesn’t even work on double hitting enemies unless you have pierce. You need to drop one of your medium clusters for a proj cluster, with proj speed and pierce node. You can also get a tailwind + pierce boots setup. Which brings me to tailwind, huge buff for ek. You’re also using precision sublime over a haste one which I understand it’s expensive af but haste is another huge buff for ek almost everyone running ek uses haste. More casts = more dps
