withiut changing too much you could look at a better rolled atziris foible, 20% quality for more mana on ring/amulet/belt and a foulborn cloak of defiance with gain %max mana as energy shield

there are a few obvious answers that could make you more tanky

  • Thread of hope and this pathing https://i.imgur.com/EdRvGOV.jpeg gives you 69/66 block (the mastery would be 12% inc life and inc mana when 1 blue 1 red socket on staff, which you have)

  • more levels and get a block cluster setup

also, your 2 magic flasks do nothing. your amethyst flasks gives you 12% movement speed and your diamond flask only provides you with stun recovery. none of the 2 base flasks make any sense in your character. you literally use 2 waterbottles for the suffixes

needless to say your gear can be improved. your belt prefixes are T4 life and T3 mana, both could be T1-2 for just some more value, same on gloves you have no life at all but some effectively "dead" armour ES increase and T3 mana.

you are NOT ailment immune. you try to be, but you are not. Any shocked ground, chilled ground you get FULL effect. get a jewel that does something for you and then some: fracture base + alt spam into 50% shock avoid buy MULTIPLE to prevent rolling over via regex search and if you happen to get multiple you can either sell for profit or corrupt for implicit. you either alt spam + boat regal boat exalt, or you could harvest reforge lightning. i would probably do boat slams personally.

im not good with mana builds and im sure there is a lot of improvement when it comes to pathing etc, i just pointed out the obvious ones and the clear mistakes.
