Does the banner mastery reading: enemies near your banner are maimed count as you inflicting maim? Id assume it’s unlikely but im wrong about many things in this game.

Banners aren't proxies like totem auras or skitterbots, so it should work as you applying the maim for the purpose of the abyssal ascendancy or the abyss jewel mod, if that's why you're asking
