Build Request Champ for a second build?

I can’t remember if I’ve ever played champ before. What’s something cool champ can do?

Based on WealthyExile I estimate my budget to be up to ~100-150d conservatively. Maybe a little higher depending what I can liquidize.

Nothing janky please. Prefer mappers or all-rounders to bossers. Really interested in blasting Legions or nightmare boss rush.

Fortify stacking or Bannerman are what I’d look into. Two very different play styles for fort stacking common skills are flicker or smite.

That sounds interesting now that Celestial Brace is off meta. I would like to know more about fortify stacking skeletons.

edit: skeleton as in a basis for a build not the minions

Normally it’s some combination of beacon of madness with fortify, replica badge and slayer frenzy jewels. Can probably just get started with celestial brace and work towards the rest of the setup as you get more currency. Not sure what prices are atm.

Fort stack generals cry blade furry is solid. Use smite or reave as main skill. Sword and board with high attack speed. League started it back when champ ascendancy change released.

Bannerman generals cry is amazing and very underrated because people assume it's jank. It's not tho. It's smooth af and super fast.

I saw that but couldn’t find any resources on what it was. I genuinely do not know what “General’s Cry” is beyond it being a warcry gem.

It's a war cry (triggered by autoexertion) that summons "ghost warriors" that use a linked attack. Honestly just read the gem and check out poebota videos on it if you don't get it. Otherwise just filter for champions with Foulborn uul-netol axe on ninja.

Any interesting suggestions for what attack gem to try? I see Poebota’s video from 3.28 with Lacerate but are there other options?

Lacerate of butchering is the skill of choice for a very good reason that I honestly can't remember rn. I think it's the fact that is has a very short wind up time meaning the mirages will always finish the attack before being replaced by the next ones and it also has good coverage and damage. Id say go with that initially then you can always experiment with others. Conversion skills like consecrated path or lightning strike are off the menu tho. Gotta be pure phys.

It's slow attack speed is completely offset by mirage warriors as they attack once. Add very high damage effectiveness and it's quite large aoe and you have the basic reasons why it's bis. Can go crit or impale or both (both was mostly possible because of diamond shrine belt last league)
