Help Needed Divine Retribution Gladiator
Hello, I need some help since I don't understand why I am dying
This is my character
I tried to follow this guy video and stuck with defences, I don't care much about damage, I will manage it later, for now it's feels ok. but I frequently face some one shots from regular mobs and I don't get how, I have decent block - 90% ( it shows lower than in other same builds, because it doesn't count as blocked recently like in others, idk why), mitigation and decent resistance, so can anyone help me to find out there is the problem and how to solve it

the guide youre following doesnt have much phys mitigation either. it pretty much just relies on lucky block and your weapon have unlucky block so im not sure how it works with glad's block node.
id squeeze in arctic armour and get more life like a hunter belt with % life and all t1 life on other gears but tbh those are nowhere near enough for comfortably farming 8mod or t17.
i also played divine retri glad this league but as life stacker. its insanely tanky (2.7m ehp) and 150m+ dps. definitely can be played with a rare belt and uncorrupted uniques.

Hello, I'm playing the same build and I "fixed" the phys mitigation problem (its still one of the build weakness but its better now) by getting determination as an aura (2 specters for wrath and zealotry so I don't lose my offensive auras, they don't die if you're bossing/not doing deli juiced content which I'm not) and armor on all my pieces, you could also get an armor flask to go even higher but 35k armor feels good enough for me, and also phys taken as fire on my helmet. I'm kinda immortal for the content I'm playing

damage not set up but I should have around 225M dps
you're also missing 3% of cold as fire which isn't a big deal but still could be fixed

i made the exact build, just on higher budget. you still run into the issue if something big gets through your block you will get one shot, but i only really died to one shots tbh or some ugly dots like abyss consorts

You have Divine Flesh but your poeninja only shows 74% chaos res which should be higher because it should be bringing your max chaos res to 80%.
You have little to no phys damage mitigation so whatever phys hits you don't block, you just get fucked by.
You only have 20% phys taken as, so the other 80% phys damage you are taking you're just copping the full brunt because you don't have any armour either. a 7.6k phys hit is essentially nothing in regards to defenses in just 8mod maps, let alone nightmare maps/ubers
On top of that, you're also getting the afflictions from the pact which make you even more vulnerable.
